It took me a long time to process what I had been through and to understand why I had specifically chosen harmful relationships. I went through a long healing process, and now I view it as my mission to help others leave toxic relationships and to get back on their feet.<\/p><h3>\u05dc\u05de\u05d4 \u05db\u05d3\u05d0\u05d9 \u05dc\u05d1\u05d5\u05d0 \u05dc\u05d0\u05d9\u05de\u05d5\u05df \u05d0\u05d9\u05e9\u05d9?<\/h3><p>Generally, when people suffer from a problem or are in distress, they tend to be embarrassed by it, deny it, and close themselves off. They think they are the only ones with the problem, and they don\u2019t want other people to know about it. They fear criticism and others' reactions, and how their problem will affect their image, as well as the image of their families and children. They fear being abandoned, they are scared to tear apart their families, they are disappointed in themselves, and it is difficult for them to deal with the feeling of failure in their relationship.  They tend to think that those around them will judge them and criticize them, rather than support them (because they have lost touch with reality). It\u2019s important to know that only about one percent of the world\u2019s population is diagnosed with Narcissistic personality disorder and that most people are empathetic, compassionate, and want to help others.<\/p><p>Don\u2019t be afraid to share your situation with others.
