Most of you who have followed me online for a while now know that I love to write about personal growth, empowerment, and achievement.
For many years I worked in real estate, selling people homes, and during the process, I would help them solve all different kinds of problems. Whether it was an old lady in need of a person to talk to because her family lived far away, or a single mother dealing with so many hardships, or a person going through a midlife crisis and suffering from depression, I was there for each and every one of them. I helped them both physically and mentally (a new house inside and out).
Following the crisis I went through, which ended in a very difficult divorce, I decided to change careers and become a life coach. Coaching has always been a passion of mine as it allows me to help others during their most trying times and to truly connect to them. Around five years ago, I completed my training/studies, specializing in relationships. Since then, I have been focused on coaching, and at the same time, selling natural healthcare products, and working in real estate (minus a year and a half that I couldn’t work due to fibromyalgia).
In the past year, my main focus has been on coaching. I am constantly taking enrichment courses to deepen my expertise in the field. When working with my clients, I integrate tools from positive psychology, nonviolent communication, mindfulness, NLP, and guided imagery. I have lots of life experience, including an interesting personal story that intersects with all the fields I coach in. Additionally, I have acquired extensive experience and tools in the field of business management. Therefore, I am also able to coach and advise small businesses at the beginning of their journey’s.
My greatest difficulty has always been focusing on one thing. I love many things, learning about different things, hearing lectures, reading books, writing, training, dancing, singing, and so much more. So many things interest me that it’s easier for me to share what doesn’t interest me (politics and sports games). I am interested in the practical and the humanistic. While I was in university, I studied chemistry and biochemistry, while also taking courses in psychology (at both campuses of Hebrew University). I also love coaching in a wide variety of fields and I help people solve many different problems (fears, anxiety, mental health, inability to express oneself, weight loss, healthy lifestyle, effective time management, relationship problems, and family issues). I help people strengthen their self confidence, to believe in and trust themselves, to focus on their talents and abilities, to bring out the best in them, and to continue forward to places they never imagined. I help my clients move on from painful pasts, traumas, and toxic relationships, and I help them create new and amazing lives for themselves.
Recently, I came to the realization that I need to choose a specific topic in order to make my specialty clearer. Because I have been through many traumatic experiences with narcissists, people with borderline personality disorder, and I often work with people who suffer in these relationships, I decided to focus on helping people who experience toxic relationships (parents, siblings, partners). It’s important for me to pass on the message that it’s not a life sentence and you can leave toxic relationships with help and support. I am here for you.
