Counseling and guidance sessions are focused sessions, perfect for anyone who is not interested in going through a long process, but rather needs to make quick decisions. Additionally, these sessions are also a great option if you find yourself at crossroads and can’t decide about the future.
The fields include:
career switches, relationships (finding a partner, wedding, separation, divorce, leaving a toxic relationship), lifestyle and diet change, relocation, change in religious identity, change to sexual identity, or any other change you may want to make in your life.
Guidance for subjects related to mental health: is it recommended to turn to a psychiatrist and receive medicine for depression, postpartum depression, PTSD, and diseases.
Are guidance and counseling sessions right for you?
These sessions are for anyone who feels they need to organize their life and seek direction. Additionally, these sessions are also for anyone who needs help prioritizing specific aspects of their life or how to manage their time more effectively.
How long is each session?
Each session is an hour and a half and can take place in person, on Zoom, or via phone call.
What is the difference between life coaching sessions and counseling & guidance sessions?
During personal life coaching sessions, I ask questions and help my client find the answers inside of themselves. In most cases, these clients have lost their sense of intuition and require help reconnecting with themselves and their inner voice. This is generally a three-month process in which time the client learns to trust his or her judgment again.
When my clients fail to find the answers inside themselves, or they feel so helpless about a situation and are unable to see the full picture, I am there to provide them with guidance and advice. If they are short on time and need speedy solutions, the counseling and guidance sessions are a better option than the life coaching sessions.
Why should I come to counseling and guidance sessions?
Sometimes, we all need a professional to help us move forward with our lives. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a drastic change, but rather a small change that allows us to proceed to the next step. An important thing to remember is that you don’t have to have a large problem when seeking guidance. On the contrary, ideally one would seek help when he or she has a small problem because together we can work together to make sure it does not become a large problem, and progress will be quicker and more meaningful. This will save you from dealing with regression in the future. If you seek help while the problem is still small, you will be able to create for yourself a much happier and more fulfilling life. I’m here to help you achieve this!
My Expertise:
I have extensive experience in both practical and humanistic fields, which include the following enrichment courses: psychology courses at Hebrew University, life coaching courses specializing in relationships, mindfulness, NLP, guided imagery, positive psychology, and more.
Degrees and courses: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry, genetics courses, and courses in math and computers. This broad knowledge enables me to quickly analyze a problem from all angles and allows me to understand how best to solve them.
After many years of working with people (close to 25 years), I have come to understand that my guidance and advice have saved many people from difficult situations and have allowed them a new chance at life.
A few examples of people I have helped:
- A woman suffered from clinical depression (did not get out of bed for half a year), and through phone calls with me, I was able to connect her with a reliable psychiatrist who gave her the medicine she needed.
- A woman was married to a narcissist for 27 years. Finally, she was able to leave the toxic relationship.
- A 40-year-old woman lost 20 kgs and completely changed her life.
- A 53-year-old man suddenly felt he had lost his “joie de vivre” and started having suicidal thoughts.
- A man who had been happily married for 17 years felt that he and his wife had lost their intimacy.
- A 36-year-old man lacked self-confidence, and this prevented him from running his business.
- I helped a 57-year-old man come out of the closet and be proud of who he is.
And many more stories of people who I helped solve huge problems in their lives.
