What will you accomplish through one-on-one coaching with me?
I provide my client with “training wheels” and by the end of our time together, they begin their new journey, but this time, with wings. Witnessing the journeys my clients embark on, from start to finish is a wonderful feeling, especially while many of them have made a 180-degree change in many aspects of their lives.
I empower and guide you as you discover your inner strengths, and as a result of this, you will also find your purpose and life’s mission. On this journey, you will learn to leave your comfort zone and create significant changes in your life.
I teach you helpful methods which will enable you to turn your negative thoughts into positive ones, how to let go and move on from painful experiences, how to forgive yourself and those around you, and how to create the life you want for yourself.
My clients leave with the following:
Life skills
New and positive habits
Transformed self-image
Strong internal compass
Developed inner strength
Increased awareness of self
(The material stays with you forever and you can repeat it and use it when needed).
I have a strong desire to help those who suffer from the same challenges that I suffered from and to guide them to move above and beyond, and live the life they want for themselves.
What does one-on-one training include?
I offer two different meeting options. The first option is shorter and includes 3-5 meetings. The second option is longer and is comprised of 10-14 meetings. The choice is made on a case-by-case basis. Meetings are 50 minutes and are either held in person, on zoom, or via phone call, depending on the clients’ wishes. In the past, it was believed that it takes 21 days to change a habit. Today, we know that it takes a minimum of three months to change a habit, and there is research that shows that it can take a year. My clients can start with the shorter route and if they feel the need, change to the longer route, or vice-versa. I personally adapt the process for each of my clients.
Why is it important to have a life coach?
The guidance I provide my clients saves them years of trial and error (distress), years of living in the in-between, and leaves them with lots of money in the bank. For some reason, people are willing to spend exorbitant amounts of money on having their hair straightened, different types of makeup, expensive clothing, and some people even take loans in order to buy fancy cars, but when it comes to their mental health and development, they are stingy People often try to change the external, but if they would just work on the inside first, the external things would fall into place (because one’s outlook would change so that they view these things differently). The most important thing is to invest in the internal because that’s where the real changes come from, and only after that will the external factors come to fruition.
When you pay a life coach 400 NIS + for an hour of his or her time, you are essentially receiving his or her experience as well as all the time he or she invested in learning to become a life coach. Of course, you are also receiving the time he or she spends before and after the meeting (preparation and summarization), and the time between lessons (status updates and motivation). But there is a deeper and more important point: Your meeting with your life coach is a precise spiritual and material connection. There is a mutual relationship between value and energy.
When I was in a very dark place in my life, post-divorce, I went through an intense process of life coaching that helped me to “pick myself up”. During this time, I didn’t buy myself anything, I gave up on all of life’s “luxuries”. Instead of the “luxuries”, I invested money in my personal development. It was worth everything! Today, I passionately help others accomplish the same. Invest the money in yourself because it is worth gold for your personal growth.
